Programme Scope
The programme is designed with financial formulas and ratios which are relevant for marketing and sales budgeting/planning.
Trainers will assist the participants in understanding financial reports and how to extract the relevant data for planning/ forecasting.

Resource Person(s)-

Chaminda Kumarasiri
He is the Founder/CEO of The Human Capital Partner and is a Chartered Accountant, Corporate Trainer, Leadership Coach, Strategist, Management Consultant and a Writer. He counts over 15 years of corporate experiences with a proven track record, holding senior leadership positions in leading local as well as multinational entities. He has trained many Corporate Executives on various topics over a decade.

He is a Fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka. The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants – UK and the Association of Accounting Technician of Sri Lanka. He is also an Associate member of The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment – UK and The Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka. He has obtained a B.Sc. Accountancy (Special) degree from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura with a First Class and completed his MBA in Finance at the University of Colombo.

Mihindu Rajaratne
He is a Charted Marketer and holding an MBA from The Postgraduate Institute of Management affiliated to the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. He is the General Manager/CEO of Lanka Financial Services Bureau Ltd; the First SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunications) Service Bureau for Sri Lanka. He is responsible for setting up the SWIFT Bureau in Sri Lanka which is the financial telecommunication interface hub for Inter-bank transactions, being an integral and important part of National Payment System of Sri Lanka.

He is a lecturer in Marketing since 1995 and Management & Leadership since 2000. He is a visiting lecturer for the Chartered Institute of Accountants’ MBA program of University of Southern Queensland, Australia, for the subjects of Strategic Management, Leading Organizational Change and Organizational Behaviour.
